2. Return Process: If the damage or defect is confirmed, we will provide you with a full refund or instructions on how to return the item. In the case of a return, shipping fees are generally covered by Y2kawaii but vary case by case.

3. Replacement or Refund: Once we receive the damaged item and confirm the issue, we will either send a replacement item (if availability permits) or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Please note refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
